We are proud to be a CHAS Accredited Contractor.  Explore this page for visuals of some of the work we’ve done as well as an overview of the processes involved in building and optimising a course.

On all our projects we combine the client’s vision with our expertise, carefully considering important factors such as flow of customers; playability; ease of maintenance; accessibility; visual appeal; and sustainability. This ethos has led us to develop some of the UK’s finest and best performing courses.

Building a great course starts with well-thought out, bespoke design, whether it’s crazy golf, minigolf or adventure golf. In the first instance we will meet with you to establish the most suitable design and layout to fit the site and your requirements.

What our clients say

The minigolf course was designed and built by UrbanCrazy with real care and skill. The design is everything we wanted. It tells the story of “A Journey Through Teesdale” in an innovative and engaging way.

There are a number of features about which I am most impressed and which have featured in the favourable comments from players, spectators and partner organisations.

The incorporation of the ‘up-cycled’ stone setts, which help to marry the kerbing to the artistic stonework and to the wider environment, while emphasising our desire for sustainability, means that the course has a real sense of place. The use of felt to accentuate the design features, particularly the artful use of blue felt to tie together the holes featuring the River Tees and County Bridge makes the course visually interesting.

Above all, the course combines playability for families with a layout that encourages people to return time and again to improve their game and seek mastery of the course.

UrbanCrazy have provided the town with a great outcome and have engaged with us and with others involved in the wider redevelopment of Scar Top with enthusiasm and professionalism. Many thanks again for all your hard work on this project.
