A NEW MINIGOLF COURSE BUILT AT A NEW HOLIDAY CLUB LOCATION
The Holiday Property Bond (HPB) group contacted us to install a new 9-hole course for their guests in their new luxury location in Dumfries and Galloway, known as Coo Palace.
The 9-hole course was required to fit in to a compact area of 27.5m x 6m but still have big appeal to guests. Some obstacles and profiling were also required, so we tapped in to the former dairy's history to create cow (or as the local say "coo") features.
Despite typical Scottish weather, our crew were able to construct this course in just five weeks with great landscapes and views to inspire them. Using charcoal paving edgers, our exclusive Smooth Putt playing felt, timbers and rockery the course was brought to life and finished with wetpour flexipave pathways.
The clients were thrilled with the results and the attractive course ticked all their boxes, going beyond expectations.
The local Belted Galloway striped cows were queueing up to play the newly finished course, but we had to tell them to mooo-ve out of the way for HPB’s guests!
